Personalized Christmas Book is operated by Lou Han, an independent developer based in China. These Personalized Christmas Book terms govern the website personalizedchristmasbook.com and the digital books sold on it. By using the site you accept these terms and our privacy policy. The site is meant for adults aged 18 or older, usually parents, grandparents or other relatives who make a book for a child. Children should not make purchases.

To make a book you type a child's first name, pick one of our illustrated looks and, if you like, a short dedication. Type only names you are allowed to use, such as your own child's or a relative's with the parents' agreement. Do not type surnames, addresses, school names or any other details; the book does not need them. We never ask for or accept photos of children. You must not use names or dedications to insult, harass or impersonate anyone, or to add hateful, sexual or violent words, and we may remove books that do.

The story text and illustrations are original to this site. Illustrations were made in advance for each of the ten looks with Google's Gemini image model on Google Cloud Vertex AI and checked by us. No AI model runs when you make a book: the name you type is placed into the fixed story text and is never sent to an AI model. They contain no copyrighted characters, logos or real people. Santa Claus, reindeer and elves appear as traditional folklore figures. You receive a personal license to read, print and share your book with family and friends. You may not resell the books, the illustrations or the story, or use them in other products.

The free preview shows the personalized cover and page 1 with a watermark. One whole book costs $14.99 and two books cost $19.99, each paid once with no subscription. Checkout runs on the page of Waffo Pancake (waffo.ai), our payment provider and merchant of record, which processes the payment and sends the receipt; we never see card details. The book is delivered immediately after payment as a private reading link and a PDF made in your browser. The reading link works for 180 days, after which the book is deleted; download the PDF to keep it. Because books are digital content delivered right after payment, purchases are final, and the free fixes we offer are described in the refund policy.

Anyone who has the reading link can read the book, so share it only with people you trust. Book pages are hidden from search engines. You can delete a book at any time with the Delete button on its page; the link stops working at once and the name is removed from our records.

The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You must not use the site to create or share content that infringes anyone else's intellectual property, such as their songs, lyrics, music, images, characters or trademarks, or to pass content off as made or endorsed by a real artist, creator or brand. If you do, we remove the content, may block your access, and handle any payment under our refund policy.

You must not use the service for sexual content, violent or gory content (graphic injury, cruelty or extreme violence), or hate speech (hateful, discriminatory, demeaning or inciting content aimed at people because of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits).

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - zero tolerance: you must never upload, request, create or share any sexual or sexualised depiction of a minor, or any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child. We remove it immediately, permanently block the account, preserve the necessary records and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the relevant authorities.

Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): you must never upload, create or share nude, sexual or intimate images, audio or video of a real person without their consent, including private intimate material, "undressing" or nudifying a person, or placing someone into an intimate scene. We remove it as soon as we learn of it, block the account, and support the person depicted, including takedown requests and cooperation with law enforcement.

To report a book that misuses someone's name, contains offensive words or breaks these terms in another way, email hello@personalizedchristmasbook.com with "Report" in the subject line and include the reading link if you have it. You do not need an account to report. We review every report within two business days; while we review it we may take the link offline, and if the book breaks these terms we delete it and reply to you with the outcome.
